1. Order Processing (Handling)
Every piece in our collection undergoes a rigorous quality check and careful packaging before shipment. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).
*Note: Orders placed after 7:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day. During peak promotional periods, handling may extend to 4 days.
2. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, your order is handed over to our trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Estimated transit times are as follows:

3. Shipping Fees & Logistics
We provide a transparent flat rate of $7.00 USD for all domestic shipments across the United States. This includes handling, premium packaging to protect your accessories, and reliable tracking services.
4. Accuracy & Tracking
Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent as soon as your package leaves our facility. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier to update the status.
Address Accuracy: Dunkfeeds is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping information.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
While we ensure every package is securely packed, Dunkfeeds is not liable for items stolen after a confirmed "Delivered" status. For items damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
