1. Return Eligibility
To ensure a successful return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: Must be unused, with all security tags and protective films intact.
- Hygiene: Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for safety reasons.
- Packaging: Original branded boxes and certificates of authenticity must be included.
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
2. The Return Process
Step 1: Email support@dunkfeeds.com with your Order ID to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Step 2: Securely pack the accessory in its original box to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3: Ship using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
3. Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and prioritize a full refund or replacement.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges; please return your item and place a new order for a different style.
