We understand that plans change—whether you’ve spotted a different wallet style, need a size adjustment, or entered the wrong address. While we are here to help, our efficient fulfillment process means there is a very narrow window for modifications.

To provide a premium service, our warehouse team begins picking and packing shortly after your order is confirmed. Once a shipping label is created and the accessories are packed, the order is locked in our system.

Can I add another item to my existing order?
Unfortunately, our system doesn't allow adding items once an order is placed. Please place a new order for the additional accessory.
